So I'd forgotten about this blog, and have come back to it now because I think it might be interesting to share some of my experiences of my own life, and some further adventures as I explore the business of aging, and keeping as fit and active, mentally and physically, as possible. I'll be creating a podcast to share some of my thoughts about aging and maintaining a life that's worthwhile, stimulating, and fun. As of this moment I'm 67 years old, retired, and doing, among other things, a college course in psychology which I'll be sharing insights and ideas with readers.
